Establishing a long-lasting beneficial Malcolm Baldrige framework needs to give focus to creating a system that addresses all the attributes described in the Malcolm Baldrige Award criteria.  This is in contrast to a group of people in an organization seeing what can be done to document how their current way of doing business addresses all the highlighted points of the award.
