A kaizen blitz approach to improve a KPI measurement or process output measured response that benefits the business as a whole is described in the videos below.

Provided is a “long version” and a “short version” video.  The long-version video includes the concepts described in the short version plus explanations and benefits of the described methodologies (and application “stories”). It is best for someone new to the Integrated Enterprise Excellence (IEE) business management system to initially view the “long version.”

NOTE: These videos violate a PowerPoint presentation rule that a presenter should not read the text in a slide. I consciously broke this instructional guideline on some slides because this video needs to explain concepts very different from those taught in traditional Lean Six Sigma training and business schools in a short amount of time. That is, listeners have much to absorb in these videos.

My objective was to provide two videos that offered different levels of detail, where audio and visual learners could:

  1. Quickly grasp the powerful presented unique concepts and the system’s overall implementation process.
  2. Reference these videos when applying the videos-described system in their work environment.
  3. Share these videos with others who desire a structured approach to improve the business as a whole, e.g., managers and practitioners.
