About the Presenter: Rick Haynes
Rick is the Director of Client Services at Smarter Solutions, Inc. and provides consulting and training to clients at the executive and practitioner levels. He holds multiple Lean Six Sigma Belts from Champion, Master Black Belt down to Yellow Belt.
Rick has more than 20 years’ experience in project management, training, applied statistics, engineering, process engineering, continuous improvement and customer support working at Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory, Bechtel, and Texas Instruments (Raytheon) prior to Smarter Solutions.
Consulting jobs have included all facets of business: building corporate performance dash boards, developing the Integrated Enterprise Excellence (IEE) system at a manufacturing firm, creating a process management and control system in a manufacturing firm, quality auditing of construction projects, developing reliability models for equipment failures, facilitating executive strategy development efforts, executive leadership coaching, modeling business performance for predictive analysis, leading improvements, and coaching over 100 improvement practitioners.
A former US Naval Officer (Submarines), Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho, and a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas.
