IEE EPRS Expert Training Objectives and Overview

This IEE EPRS Expert training provides the details for understanding the benefits and implementing the Integrated Enterprise Excellence (IEE) system with its Enterprise Performance Reporting System (EPRS) software in an organization. EPRS software would reside behind an organization’s firewall with automatic updates of IEE performance metrics, e.g., daily.

This training consists of eight one-on-one or group-conducted remote one to two-hour sessions that follow reading and video-watching pre-training assignments and completion of associated quizzes.

The one-on-one sessions focus on understanding and applying the pre-session reading and video-watching material to their organization’s specific situation.  Hence, students must complete the pre-session material before each session.

IEE EPRS Expert Training Requirements

  • Each student needs a copy of Management 2.0, Leadership System 2.0, Integrated Enterprise Excellence Volume II, and Integrated Enterprise Excellence Volume III. Students can purchase these books from Amazon and other book retailers.
  • Each student must complete pre-reading/video assignments before the next one-on-one or group training session.
  • Attendees and their managers must agree to consider doing things differently when presented evidence that shows why some traditional taught concepts in MBA, SPC, and Lean Six Sigma training have underlying issues.
  • Students need to attempt to answer all training questions, making notes of described techniques that require further explanation to respond appropriately at the next virtual meeting. Students can e-mail questions to their instructor for assistance.
  • Training is intense. Students must allow at least eight hours of reading and video watching before the first training session and six hours between each following training module.
  • If this training is conducted in an IEE deployment in four-eight sessions over two weeks, each student’s time needs dedication to this training during these two weeks.
